Thanks to the passing of the Cottage kitchen Law, Nelsfarm is now offering Home-Made Baked Goods

Here are our hens that are laying our farm fresh eggs, they are sold by the dozen for $2.00

CSA for 2012 Season

We are accepting members for our 2012 CSA season.  The season starts the last week of May and depending on the weather lasts until the first of October.  Our planned offerings are aspargus, rhubarb, brown eggs, squash both summer and winter, tomatoes, lettuce, spinich, okra, collards, turnips, sweet corn, raddish, potatoes, strawberries, peaches, sweet potatoes, peas and more. 

Prices this year are as follows:

1/2 share 1 peck a week is $195.00

1/2 share 1/2 bushel every other week  $195.00

1 share 1/2 bushel a week $360.00

Sign up is due with payment by March  1st.

Pick up is on farm either Mon. Tues. or Wed after 10:00 am.  Please choose day of week for entire season.

CSA 2012 season

Freezer Beef

This year we are offering limited amount of Angus cross freezer beef.  Our beef is free of hormones and antibiotics. They are raised on pasture in the summer and hay and grain in winter.

Beef will be ready around May.  Please contact us for pricing and availability.

Order now for farm raised broilers . We are taking orders for farm raised poultry now .  Orders must be made 10 weeks prior to delivery.  Chickens usually weigh around 5 lbs dressed.  Contact me with orders or questions at nelsfarm1@netzero.net.
